Office hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm. If it is an emergency outside those hours — no heat in a hard freeze, water coming from the furnace, a smell of gas — say so when you call and we will deal with it.

What to have ready
- The make and model of the unit if you can see it, and roughly how old it is
- What it is actually doing — no heat at all, cutting out after a few minutes, blowing cold, making a noise
- Whether anything changed recently: a new thermostat, a power cut, a filter change
None of it is essential. It just means we turn up with the right part more often.
